Blueberries and Ginger

blueberriesGingerMy doctor recently told me blueberries have one of the highest antioxidant levels and to try to eat a handful a day!  I’ve also been hearing ginger is really good for you!  I’ve been incorporating both in my daily spinach/kale, pineapple, and mint smoothies– and it is delicious!  Have also been trying to put in flax seeds, but I’m not as big of a fan of it.
